Adult ADD PrimerFour-session workshop for adults with ADD to learn:
- Ways that ADD affects your life
- State-of-the-art knowledge and research about ADD
- Proven strategies to stay focused, keep organized, and perform at your best
- Essential relationship skills for home and work
- Development of your unique strengths to realize personal goals
Tuesdays, 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM

Wednesdays, 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM
Fee: $360
ADD Couples Workshop
Learn how ADD affects you as a couple and strategies to improve your relationship and communication.
Saturday, 9 AM to 12 noon, offered monthly
Fee: $300 per couple
About the Leaders: Marilyn Schwartz, PhD, and Carolyn Angelo, LICSW, are co-directors of the Adult ADD Resource Center of Washington and have 30 years experience as psychotherapists.
